The seating capacity at the Rose Garden is nothing overbearing, but it does offer a great atmosphere for the fans. For basketball games this venue can accommodate 19,980 fans. For hockey and lacrosse this number falls a bit to 17,544, and for center stage concerts it has a capacity of 20,500.
Three teams use the Rose Garden on a semi-regular basis. They include the Portland Trailblazers, the Portland LumberJax, and the Portland Winter Hawks. When one of these teams is not in town, a concert or theatre production is sure to pick up the slack.
From the outside the Rose Garden has an updated and modern appearance. Luckily for spectators, this carries through to the inside as well. All in all, the Rose Garden is quite popular for regular sporting events, ice shows, concerts, and special events. For this reason the Rose Garden is hopping with fans on a regular basis.
